The things to tweet are your blog posts, articles and videos. You can also tweet quotes and inspirational content. Retweet other people’s blog posts, videos and articles. You want your followers to see that you are not there to spam but provide value.

Respond To Your Tweets – Everyday check your @mentions and see who has retweeted your content, just reply to them and thank them for doing so and wish them a great day. This take a couple of minutes to do but you will be building a relationship with that person.
