How Will Power Should Be Used in Your Network Marketing Business
I moved on to the next chapter in the book, The Science of Getting Rich and it is about will power.
I think when most of us think of will power we think about people giving up smoking, or dieting, or some other form of life altering experience.
But what is will power within your business and how should we be using it?
Will power can take on two forms, positive and negative. First we will talk about the negative and what that is.
If you force your will onto somebody else this is getting them to do something that would have no benefit for them and benefit for you. This will not increase your life.
We have all experienced pushy sales people, maybe when we started our network marketing business we would put our will on other people to get them to join our business. I know I did when I first got started.
Your will should only be used on yourself and for the benefit of yourself. Keep focusing on your why and you will power on your why.
This is where your mindset comes into play. By keep a mental image of the things you want to achieve with your life you can use your will to keep your mindset on track and get want you want.
We should also keep focusing on the positive and stay away from the negative. In the chapter Wallace Wattles talks about poverty and how we should not think about it, read about it or see images of poverty.
We should only focus our minds on getting rich and keeping that mental image of being rich in our minds until we achieve it.
We cannot help the poor and needy by giving them money and food. We can only truly help them by teaching them how to become rich themselves.
The poor need inspiration and education to move on from their poverty.
