How Too Lose Your Credibility in Network Marketing.
I have just been doing some work on Facebook and I was posting something on one of the group walls that really caught my eye.
It was one of those ads that you really look and it makes you think. You know the ones I means, we’ve all seen them.
The ads stated that the person had sponsored 10,000 reps in 12 months! WOW, 10,000 in 12 months. That works out at 28 people a day, everyday.
It’s not the ad as such that’s the problem, it’s the persons credibility that will be damaged. This is obviously an untrue statement and one that could not be backed up.
As network marketers working online it is very easy to lose credibility with such statements. Google is a wonderful tool for checking up on such things.
If I was honest I don’t know that I would want nearly 30 new reps every day. Where would you find the time to train these new reps, get them setup in the system, answer their questions, sleep eat and see your family?
Also once you have done all that when do you find the time to prospect, you must have new prospects coming through your marketing system, which you must contact and find out if they are right for your business.
Instead of writing these ads that make wild claims why not have said I sponsored 50 or 100 reps in a year. It’s sounds more credible and something that everyone can relate to and achieve.
Have your credibility intact and having something in place that you can show people how to do will put you in good stead as a leader in this industry. You will be looked upon as someone who can deliver what they say.
