I have really enjoyed reading The Science of Getting Rich. At first I found it quite difficult to get into, maybe it was the language that was being used or that it was written 100 years ago. However I soon really got in to it and have understood where Wallace D Wattles is coming from.

The Science of Getting Rich teaches us that if you Act in The Certain Way you will become rich, just as adding 2 plus 2 will always make 4.

It really is that simple and there is a scientific method to getting rich.

There is no government, country, establishment, industry or person in the world that can stop us getting rich.

The only person that can allow this to happen is us as individuals. We have the power to change the course of our own lives and as such we must use that to get rich.

As we have seen time again the masses will not think or act in the certain way. They will blame the governments and the hard economical times for their lack of money and the poverty around the world.

It has also taught me that I should only plan for the now, don’t worry about what may or may not happen in the future.

We should not make plans for something that might happen tomorrow, that is the next day’s work and we should only be concerned with today’s work.

As we work towards the problems in the future they will disappear due to the new course of our life. We should only make plans if the problem will have a direct effect on our business, getting rich or our lives.

I have also learnt that we should not fear failure but look on it as something to learn from. Failure can been seen as two thing; first that what we were working for was not right for us and that something better is round the corner and second we did not have the necessary talent at that time to get what we want.

In both case we should not look on it as anything but a positive mind. If we do not have the talent now then we should keep going as we will learn all the talents we need as we move on.

The Science of Getting Rich is a truly wonderful book and it will change the way you think about your life and your business. Will it get you rich, well I certainly think so if you follow everything that is in the book.
