With these 4 little recruitment strategies you will be able to have 95% of your prospects join your business. This is just a little snippet of what I learned from David Wood and the Inner Circle at the Empower Network.

So how are these recruitment strategies going to allow you to bring in 95% of your prospects?
Well David was saying there is a 4 step process to the whole thing, but before we get into that i just want to mention something that’s very important.
The miss conception is that you will recruit more people from what you say and by how many people you talk too.
The truth is that you cannot close a prospect if it is not the right time for them, they are the wrong person or they are at the wrong point of the process. They have to be in the right time and place for them at that point.
If they are not ready to commit then you have absolutely no chance of signing them into your business.

So with that said I am now going to share with you what David shared on the call. Now when you hear this it will blow your socks off, I know it did for me. If you are a part of the Inner Circle then you can go listen to the call yourself, it’s there in the back office.
- Mystery and Attraction
- Wait Before Calling Them
- Get Them To Call You Back
- Ask Them Again To Call You Back
Mystery and Attraction – You have to create an air of mystery about what you have to offer, this is the first part of the process. You also want to offer value so that people are attracted to you. Don’t give out all the information, but just enough so they fill out the capture for or give you a call.
If you do that then you have created mystery and attraction because that person wants to know what you are doing and how you are doing it.
Wait Before Calling Them – Now this one really surprised me as I always thought you should connect with a prospect as soon as that lead came in, not so. If you wait then they will assume that you are always busy. Busy people don’t sound desperate, why? Because they are far too busy being busy.
Get Them To Call You Back – Now if a prospect calls you then just say to them you are with other people right now doing a presentation and can they call you back in an hour. Always ask what the call is about, they may be quite vague or not at this point.
What you are doing is qualifying that person, if they call back then they really want to talk with you about your business opportunity, if they are not really that serious about the opportunity they will not call back. The point is in that hour you can be doing something more constructive and your prospects are qualifying themselves for your time.
Get Them to Call Again in 30 Minutes – So when they call back just tell them you are still dealing with something but you will be done in 30 minutes. Get them to watch a video of your presentation while they are waiting.
This I thought was very cool as if you have a kick ass company presentation they are going to be pumped up when they call back. They are already in the right time, and right place and you have just given them a little sweetener so they will want to join.
