What is The Advancing Man?

It is somebody who increases the lives of those around them. It does not matter what their job is or what they do for business. Its like the impression of increase in someones life.

As long as they are adding value to others they will always have people attracted to them.

We all have the same opportunity for help others and give them more in value but only if we are living our lives in the same way.

Not only must you tell people how to become rich but you must also show them. By this I mean you must become rich and live in the certain way.

If you do this then you will always have a job or business because people are attracted to those who are successful and rich.

About half way through this chapter of [download id="8"]the author talks about wage earners and makes a very interesting point.

He says that they should not ever feel there is no opportunity for advancement where wages are poor and cost of living is high. They should always have a clear mental image of what they want to achieve and act upon it.

He then goes onto say that you should do your work in a perfectly successful manner; putting the power of success and getting rich into everything that you do.

But then there is a twist and something that is very interesting. The author says that you should not do your work to please you employer with the vision that they will promote you. Your employer has no reason to promote as you are more valuable doing what you are doing.

If they want to be rich and get out of what they are doing they must become bigger than the role. The employer will only do as much as it needs to keep you in your job.

However if the vast majority of employee start to act in the certain way then the employer will have to change its way or go out of business.

Nobody is forced into these kind of conditions and it is your choice if you want to change the way you life is and become rich. There is opportunity everywhere and you must take it once it presents itself to you.
